Zucchini Harvest

This year I got the gardening bug. I decided to start with something small and relatively easy. I've never really attended to plants before and they usually shrivel up from the lack of care. However this time my plants have managed to flower and produce fruit. My carrots are taking their sweet old time, but my my have my zucchinis grown. It's pretty satisfying knowing that I'll be having zucchinis growing all summer long. Rain please go away - my plants need more sunshine!

I haven't quite decided what to make. Something savory or sweet? Zucchini fritters or zucchini bread?
