Apples always seems to be a fruit that brings people back to the the season of fall. Food made with apples and pumpkin = Fall. Although, I made this cake a while ago, I felt the need to share it. It's raining right now so I'm totally thinking about the fall and winter and how much I would love to have a warm apple cider in my hands.
I understand that making a crepe cake can seem to be overwhelming and hard to do, but I assure you it's only time consuming but the entire thing is simple to complete.
Besides, it's a nice change to the generic cake.
Layers of crepes and pastry cream with caramelized apples. Yum.
